Questions and Answers

My phone keeps on saying that calibration has failed?

This could be possibly be caused by an uneven surface. It is best to put your phone on a table or floor that is flat and even. To make sure that the surface is even, try to drop a marble or any small round object on it. Do this a few more times and observe. If it is even, then the round object should roll randomly to different sides. If it keeps rolling to a single side, then the surface could be inclined. Also, make sure that the surface is not shaking or moving, as this can distract the calibration process. If the problem continues, try to restart your phone and check if calibration can now be done. You should only seek professional help from a technician if the problem cannot be solved by any of the solutions stated here.

Depending on the game you are playing you may need to adjust the settings in the game menu rather than your device. Try to change some of the settings located in your game in order to help improve the movements of the gaming experience.
